elements it is a great stress Buster and help to the treatment of sermons like cancer diabetes lastima alzheimers Parkinson jairo disorders diabetes and several others so friends I talked about 10 different and 10 very important pranayamas in this particular workshop after that I do talk about food therapy and the importance of food therapy then the eating guidelines to be kept in mind that's what I talk about next I also talk about the role of free radicals and antioxidant that means the important role of antioxidants and how to kill the free radicals present in our body because free radicals are the bad stuff there are worst enemies as far as food therapy is concerned and antioxidants are our best friends as far as food therapy is concerned so I do talk about the importance of antioxidants next friends I talked about the importance of macronutrients which is proteins carbohydrates and fats and then the micronutrients which vitamins and minerals and also to talk about the importance of fiber and water apart from that friend then I talked about the healing power of various important food stuff which includes
