salad is mainly lettuce in the bottom it's twelve thirteen two hours after my first meal so this is what I'm going to eat for lunch I have little better hi guys welcome back to my channel my name is Haddad if you're new to my channel I do fashion house and weight-loss videos today I want to do what I eat in a day video that some of you guys have been requesting as you guys know I have lost seven kilograms in one month and this is what I ate when I was trying to lose weight now I am 45 kilograms and I'm not trying to lose any more weight but I just wanted to show you guys what I ate when I was trying to lose weight also I want to give you guys a quick disclaimer that everyone is different I'm on the very short size I'm only 5 foot 2 like 157 centimeters so you guys should eat more if you are taller than me and I'm also a very non active person so when I'm at home I just lay in bed all day watch Netflix so if you guys are an active person you guys should eat way more than I do I want to point out that if you guys eat healthy clean and proper amount for yourself you guys will be losing weight

really really fast and really healthy so now let's jump right into our video I almost forgot to mention about intermittent fasting that really helped me lose weight so what I did was I only ate for 8 hours of the day and for other 16 hours of today me I didn't eat anything so for example if I start my meal at 10 a.m. I eat only for 10 11 12 1 2 3 4 5 I only ate till 5 o'clock and the rest of the day I didn't eat anything for 8 hours when you can eat you can eat whatever you want but I recommend you eating healthy and clean and this really really helped me lose weight currently I'm not really eating only for eight hours but I try to my last meal for hours before I go to bed I wanted to mention this because some of you guys have been asking me in my last video so I hope it helped I'm going to in my first meal it's 1007 I have 8 hours to eat so 1 2 3 4 5 6 until 6 o'clock I have time to eat this is the product that I usually drink with my protein powder the good thing about this product is that soy milk doesn't have any sugar in it also the soy milk is not made with normal soy it's made with black bean and

I really love the taste I'm going to pour it all in my shake top top this much the name of this product is 5.2 Diet base and it's from new tree effect I'll put it one scoop and shake it well usually when I eat this protein powder with soy milk I'm not hungry for at least two hours it's 10:10 so I'll come back when I'm going to have lunch hey guys it's already time for lunch it's twelve thirteen two hours after my first meal so this is what I'm going to eat for lunch I have little bit of rice shrimp and some kind of vegetable this is onion cabbage and little bit of mushroom I cook them with coconut oil and the shrimp i boiled in water first and then I put a little bit of butter and then I cooked it I usually eat I usually have one green like raw vegetables or at least one kind but today I don't have anything in the fridge so I'm going out to the grocery store after I have lunch so this is what I'm going to have for lunch its source of protein I have one vegetables and a little bit of carbs so I'm going to finish my meal and this might be too small for me so if I finish this and I'm still hungry I'm going to
