and everyone welcome back to another video today I am just making a short video on how I'm doing in general and providing y'all a weight-loss update I'm gonna reveal my latest weight at the end of the video so hope you stay around for that and yeah I just want to talk about the last six months because I started my channel in September of 2018 so it's been six months now and when I first started the channel I was a hundred and seventy-one pounds and I am now down quite a few pounds I'm not gonna tell you yet you stick around to the end in order to know what magical number is now yeah but I'm super excited and yeah I took two weeks off from exercising because I injured my knee and I was doing yoga with adriene every day and I resumed no good today yeah I'm like super excited about it because I really needed to take time off because my knee was bothering me and I wasn't even doing like general walking I took my time off I'm just walking - so unless I had to of course like nothing outside of my normal like day-to-day walking and yeah so I just I listened to my body took the time off my body is feeling good and pretty much back to

normal so I hope so we'll see but I just I learned that I really have to just take time off and listen to my body when I need to rest and just also to stay connected with my body because I had a tendency in my life to not really listen to my body very well when it comes to exercise and I guess I just become that comes from being an athlete I was an athlete in high school so I played soccer and I was a competitive swimmer and I think that you know I just you know you just do what they tell you to you don't really like I don't know I guess for me I just didn't really listen to my body I guess that's really what it is and yeah so I am back exercising I'm just gonna take it to for easy because you know when you have extra weight on your body or when you're overweight you just need to be careful when you're exercising because you don't want to injure yourself and I definitely have not been doing the best at that but anyway otherwise life is peachy I have been a little stressed out because I have family stuff going on but I know that that will sort itself out eventually and yeah you know I'm just

planning my wedding which is pretty much planned and life is super duper groovy and yeah that is really the latest update that I have for y'all and yeah so I guess I'll just go ahead and tell y'all my latest update on my weight when I weighed in this morning I weighed 164 pounds like super super super exciting I weighed in at 171 pounds when I first started this channel so that means I'm down 7 pounds which is super duper exciting and yeah I can't wait to get to 160 I'm hoping I'm thinking I'm gonna make a video again on my weight loss update once I get down to 160 pounds and yeah that's pretty much it for today's update if you have any questions or comments then leave them down below and I will see you in the next video if you like this video then please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel documenting my weight loss journey on this channel and I also talked about other things and [Music]
