[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] welcome back to Mario as you can see I'm in a great mood so I decided to bless you now before I get started man I want to say I will give every dollar that I've earned and or finessed over the last ten years to notice information I'd like to give to you ten years ago like I would pay money for that to notice ten years ago so let's get that out the way right now so if you don't know I lost over 100 pounds in just six months you know what I was eating bacon Nader's from Wendy's with no bread still a hamburger and pork skins now if you're not familiar with this process I know that sounds crazy but that works man taking from a fat guy now I should be a lot smaller than I am right now but to be honest if this works so good I had to slow the process down because I didn't know if I was going to have like a real real small body with a big-ass head like I really didn't know

so I kind of slowed it down a little bit and I didn't got comfortable with it so you know we are we full go man we yeah so let's say you want to drop say 30 pounds and like two months no carbs no sugar let me tell you why this works man so our body's primary source of energy is glucose so glucose comes from carbs sugar and too much protein that's what our body that's the preferred method of energy but that's not the only your body can become what's called fat adapted and what that means is when you stop eating carbs you stop eating sugar and too much protein you can have protein but just not too much when you when you stop putting it in your body see the thing about carbs when your body has enough energy carbs just it'll go park itself somewhere in your body and you just store it at the store there is fat and your body will come back and get it when it needs it right so what happens when you stop feeding your body carbs it goes for those reserves your body start feeding off those reserves until they're gone and then your body's gonna be like well hang on you know I need some energy from somewhere our body

is a very sophisticated though your body is gonna adapt its gonna become fat adaptive when it gets all of those carbs it's actually gonna start at that point feeding off of your own fat that's fat adaptive and that's how your body will operate and why you sleeping you don't have to go to the gym man ain't bout to sing it to the gym five days a week anything to tell you you got to eat like salads every day eat man oh one more thing you've gotta own try to learn how to not eat for 16 hours like a minimum and then after 16 hours eat for eight hours your schedule is your schedule don't really matter if you where they eat at night yeah it don't matter whatever fit you don't really matter just try to try to not eat for 16 hours on a minimum and in any given week just go a fool say 48 hours without you because the combination of eating foods that are low in carbs and no sugar the combination of that and intermittent fasting that's like a cheat code for weight loss man it really is a weight loss heck and I go into more details about what these two diets are but I mainly just trying to target people who've never heard of it before you know

you can still I'm letting you know you can still eat burgers and pork rinds just you can't eat sugar though because when you eat sugar and your body's fat adaptive it's gonna take it back to where it's feeding off for carbs and glucose that's what's going through your bloodstream and that's what you don't want but as long as your body is fat adapted your liver is actually going to make your body when you start eating like baking the fatty foods your body's gonna start producing ketones which basically makes it aggressively breaks down the fat in your body and then just basically turns your body to a fat-burning machine and that's pretty much it man you got any questions drop a comment I ain't charging for this for this game but I do want to ask you for a subscription and you get a sub about your man cuz this 1000% works man I will if it don't work for you give me three months if it don't work I'll send you a hundred dollars I know that ain't much but some three hundred dollars you know I mean you could call me on that man three months give me three months but you ask me some questions or you got to take a serum and
