hi guys so today we're going to be

creating an egg kima kima's an indian word and that basically means it's like a scrambled mince so let's get started we have about a heat handful of peas a good large helping handful of base panitch three eggs they're just a standard size egg so i'd say that media mugs I've got some Italian passata some chopped ginger some garlic granules and some oil first I'm gonna chop these up just really finely less than actually needs he say if he likes spinach but actually when he comes down to eating it Oh is he any bit going on his tummy so I'm gonna try to fit really small this will shrivel up you'll barely see you anyway so it just add some color you can add some onions in this as well but I've actually run out of onions [Music] about that much ginger bear your mind it's over to us so first not just the little bit of oil so that will do that's probably about a half a teaspoon I'm just gonna let that heat up suppress heated up I'm gonna add in the ginger I would at this point actually add in some onions but given our run out we're going straight on ginger

[Music] [Music] next I'm gonna add in the passata [Music] I'm probably going to add in about two tablespoons [Music] [Applause] let's cook up a bit so now this is where the Indian spices come in so here I have some turmeric I also have some coriander cumin powder here so they're both coriander cumin powder some salt some chili powder and some garam masala they actually have these mustard seeds if you want you can put these in at the start so with your onions and the oil so I'm gonna actually add in this is probably about a quarter of a teaspoon of turmeric [Music] that's half a teaspoon of coriander cumin powder I'm actually gonna add two 1/2 teaspoons to make that one teaspoon [Music] I'm gonna add in [Music] a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and then to taste so I'll taste it afterwards when it's done if I need to

add more a lot more give a stir [Music] and just a pinch of garam masala and just a pinch of chili powder that's because my son can't handle too much spice but if it was just me I'll be adding a whole teaspoon up and now I'm going to be adding in 3x [Music] [Music] to [Music] [Applause] [Music] give the hollister so I'm going to throw it right up until it makes what resembles scrambled eggs [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so this is what looks like scrambled eggs now I'm going to add it in once the babies finish that we chopped and all of

the peas you can actually add in whatever vegetables you want this stage [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] right so because it's looking a little bit dry I'm gonna add in some more butter that's probably about the heat tablespoon I'm just airing up now I'm gonna add in the garlic so I'm probably gonna add in about a tablespoon worth [Music] [Music] [Music]
