this video we're gonna be talking about how you can maximize your list of foods so in this video I'm going to be teaching you how you can utilize your list I'm also going to be explaining all of the benefits of each food as well and I'll also be showing you guys where you can find these foods actually have all of these foods linked under the description below and all of them are actually discounted so if you want to you can check them out right now it'll save you a lot of time but um yeah so like all the foods are there except fish cuz you know you can't really order fish online and get it shipped to your house yet so our first food on the list is fatty fish so some examples of fatty fish would include salmon herring sardines and mackerel so what makes fatty fish special is it contains omega-3 fatty acids and these acids actually protect your heart health and actually boost fat loss so to implement fatty fish into your everyday diet try to include a minimum of 3.5 ounces or 100 grams of Vettii fish in your diet at least twice a week the next food on the list is coffee so coffee increases your metabolic rate by

3 to 13 percent and to get the fat-burning benefits of caffeine without the of potential side effects such as anxiousness or insomnia try to aim for 100 to 400 milligrams per day this is the amount found in about like one to four cups of coffee depending on its strength this next food is a bit weird but yes apple cider vinegar apple cider vinegar has many proven health benefits so by including apple cider vinegar in your diet it may help you lose body fat so start with one teaspoon per day diluted in water and gradually work up to one to two tablespoons per day this is just to minimize potential digestive discomfort green tea green tea reduces heart disease risk and protects against certain types of cancer by drinking up to four cups of green tea daily it may provide a number of health benefits including potentially increasing the amount of calories you burn next food on the list is eggs eggs increase your metabolic rate by twenty to thirty five percent for several hours after eating just by eating three eggs several times a week can actually help you burn fat while keeping you full and satisfied so

matter and after you do name it whatever you want you just press ok and if you wait a couple seconds it should redirect you to your own copy and this copy should let you use the spreadsheet so if I try to click in this box right here and try to type it should work now it's a being it's being a bit glitchy for me but yeah as you can see it's it's letting me type in it and it does work and this meal planner will just help you plow all of your meals and it will actually save you a lot of time because food is one of those things that takes up a lot of times in people's days because you have to plan out what you want to eat then you have to find out if you're gonna cook it or if you're gonna order takeout and then it takes you time to eat as well so I just wanted to show you guys this meal planner because I would because I just thought it would be really helpful for you guys and I just thought it would help you guys save some time and that's about the end of this video sorry if my voice sounded a little weird I'm still getting used to this talking over video and narrating stuff still I'm still really new to this in
