Rosa here today we're making chicken dim sums from scratch first to make pasta three cups of flour 1/2 a teaspoon of salt 1 egg and a cup of water if you don't feel like making pasta from scratch you can buy the pre-made in some wraps from the shop you just start kneading your dough at first it's sticky and really soft and you keep kneading and adding about half a cup of flour into your dough until the dough starts coming off your hands easily I found this recipe in a healthy eating magazine and since then this dish become a regular in my menu it takes about five minutes to make an elastic soft dough that we will leave to rest while we will be making the filling you can see it doesn't stick to my hands anymore and you divide it in two circles drink a little bit for flour on the table sprinkle a little bit of flour on the circles of dough and just cover them with a bowl that you made them in and leave for about fifteen to thirty minutes meanwhile we'll be making the filling we take 1/2 of a large onion really really finely dice it and added to a half a kilogram of
