hey guys and welcome back to my channel

so in today's video I'm going to be showing you five different breakfast ideas and they're all pretty healthy and all of them are egg free and dairy free you can substitute the bread with gluten free bread to make it gluten free if you want so I hope you guys enjoy this video and let's get started so the first thing I'm gonna be showing you guys is how to make egg free dairy free french toast in a blender I added half a cup of coconut milk 1 large banana 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and I also added a little bit of maple syrup and then I went ahead and I blended that all together until it was a thin smoothie like consistency I heat up my pan to medium heat and then I added a little bit of coconut oil and you can use any kind of oil or butter that you'd like I decided to use coconut oil the rest is pretty simple all you have to do is just dip your bread into the mixture on both sides and then cook it as you would with regular french toast just make sure that you don't completely destroy your bread while you're trying to flip it over because it is a little bit mushy er than classical french toast but anyway after that I

just added some strawberries and blueberries on top and I also added some maple syrup this next one is actually really good it's pumpkin oatmeal and I've been making this all throughout the fall so I measured out 1/2 cup of oatmeal and then I measured out one cup of coconut milk and I also used some canned pumpkin and not like any sugar added just like pure pumpkin puree and then I added the milk the oatmeal and the pumpkin into a pan and I cooked that up I sprinkled on some brown sugar just to speed this up a little bit and then I also added some banana slices on top lastly I drizzled on some peanut butter and that is how you make this pumpkin omiyo the next thing I made were these oatmeal breakfast bars and you want to start off by setting your oven to 350 degrees in a food processor I threw in two cups of oats 1 cup almonds 4 tablespoons of honey 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon and then 2 bananas lastly I added a teaspoon of vanilla extract then I just blended them all together in a food processor until all the ingredients were completely combined

i greased the bottom of the pan and then i went ahead and i spread out the base so it was a nice even layer so then you want to bake it for about eight to ten minutes while that was baking I started making the topping so I added 1/2 a cup of oats half a cup of almonds half a cup of pumpkin seeds half a cup of almond milk a little sprinkle of cinnamon and then I also added about one cup of blueberries so then I took the base out of the oven and I began spooning the topping onto the base and I press it down to make sure that would stay and then I put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes for this next breakfast idea which was baked french toast I started off by preheating my oven to 375 degrees so in a bowl I mashed up a banana with this cool potato masher thing and then I also added 1/4 cup of coconut milk and then one tablespoon of peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and then half a teaspoon of vanilla extract I mix that all together and then I took this piece of bread and I began peeling off the crusts and throwing that in there and then cubing up the rest of the bread and

throwing that in there as well and then mixing it all together so then I began spooning the mixture into two little ramekins and then I put them in the oven for about 20 minutes after they were done baking I took them out of the oven and then I sprinkled some oats on top in my song I can feel it I can feel it and as I hope in my song can you feel it this last breakfast idea is a smoothie bowl and I actually didn't really follow directions I kind of just like eyeballed everything and through a bunch of random stuff into a blender so I threw in one and a half bananas and I saved the half of banana for later and then I added about a spoonful of honey I added maybe about a cup of coconut milk and then I also added a sprinkle of cocoa powder lastly I added some almond butter and then I blended it all together so for toppings I cut up that extra half of banana and I put those slices on top and then I also added some other things like granola some Sapphira seeds some dates and some almonds so those are all of the breakfast ideas that I'm going to be showing you today I hope you guys like this video and that
